- Treatments offered by drben.aesthetic are medical procedures and outcomes may vary between individuals.
- All treatments carry potential risks, which will be explained during your consultation.
- Nothing on our website or social media should be considered medical advice. Always seek personalised medical advice in consultation with our doctor before proceeding with treatment.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to undergo treatment, unless otherwise approved with parental/guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate, safe, or in your best interests.
3. Consultations & Bookings
- All new patients must undergo an initial consultation before treatment.
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
- Some treatments may require a cooling-off period as recommended by guidelines.
- A booking fee or deposit may be required and is non-refundable if you cancel without sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy).
4. Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept payment via EFTPOS, credit card, or approved payment platforms.
- Refunds are not provided for a change of mind once treatment has been performed.
- Packages and pre-paid treatments are non-transferable and must be used within the specified timeframe.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of booking fees or deposits.
6. Results & Expectations
- Results vary depending on individual factors such as age, health, skin condition, and lifestyle.
- No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, duration of effect, or satisfaction.
- Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.
7. Photographs & Records
- With your consent, clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical record-keeping.
- Photographs will not be used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
8. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined there.
9. Website & Online Content
- All content on our website and social media is for informational purposes only.
- Reproduction or redistribution of our materials without permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, drben.aesthetic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
